Omschrijving 
The role requires a self-driven and highly organised logistics professional to coordinate the inbound logistics activities across 2 expanding EU sites. Uphold Supply Chain planning requirements whilst providing support with administrative duties and supplier ordering.
An ideal opportunity for a skilled administrator looking for a progressive career within supply chain operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain Supplier/Courier relationships to ensure purchase orders are confirmed and delivered OTIF
• Coordinate the status of 300+ open supplier purchase orders with warehouse and planning team
• Arrange collection for EXW/FOB suppliers with couriers
• Performing key administrative duties to ensure paperwork and supplier receipts are processed in a time sensitive manner and invoices are forwarded onto Finance Team.
• Resolves issues with shortages/over deliveries with the warehouse and/or suppliers/couriers
• Escalate shortages to planners to ensure additional products are ordered
• Providing support to the supply chain team in relation to maintaining purchase order receipt updates.
• Reconciling delivered quantities and product pricing against invoice/delivery notes and ERP.
• Oversee the intersite transfer activities with the Logistics Assistant to ensure stock arrives into the relevant site(s) as planned.Maintain an up-to-date schedule of Supplier deliveries into Amsterdam and York
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects to reduce freight spend and improve operational efficiencies
• Supporting team in resolving warehouse/QC queries on demand and taking over team attendance reporting
Functie eisen 
Experience/Qualifications
• Min 3 years’ experience expediting supplier orders and coordinating courier collection and deliveries
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office Packages.
• Confident communicator in English, both via phone and email.
• Must be well organised and methodical
• Must be highly numerate and confident with numbers and percentages
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within a pressured environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player but able to work on own initiative
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Based within 10km of Amsterdam office
We offer
Salary: €2,375 pm
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 40hrs pw
